Underlying loan is 30-year fixed FHA (up to 96.5% LTV, min 580 FICO). Uses FHA 4000.1 guidelines, FHA appraisal, TOTAL Scorecard AUS. Handles US citizens, perm residents, and ITIN/DACA borrowers.
